How do I install the program?
We have set up a page to guide you with downloading, installation and
setup of CalendarPal.
Please click here to go to the Help page for this.
How do I Upgrade to New Version 2.0? You can
quickly get the to the update page by clicking Help, Check for Updates,
from your CalendarPal toolbar. Or you can

and registration are saved!

My
download says file is corrupt? This means you did not download
the entire file. Please try again and if you stil have a problem, you
will need to reboot to clear your cache (temp files) and then
re-download. The cause of incomplete file downloads is usually due to a
dialup connection or slower internet connection, a busy server on your
end or ours, or an interruption/timeout on the servers or their routes.

Should I choose Save or Open
when downloading? Either way will work. It is easier to
choose Open as it will install without having to save and find the file
to open. Our Download
page explains both in detail.

get an error when I try to download CalendarPal? Your

Does my
purchase entitle me to lifetime updates or annual? This
was covered in detail in the agreement you checked during installation.
It reads:
You understand that this license entitles you to free
updates of this program for the life of the product. Updates are defined
as minor changes, fixes, and other changes to ensure this program
compatibilty with the Windows operating system.
You understand that this license grants you free upgrades (new versions
of the program) as released for one year. Upgrades are defined as major
program changes such as new major features, additions and enhancements.
After one year you will have the option to purchase future upgraded
versions at a discount to be determined by Cloudeight Internet. Upgrades
are not necessary and will continue to be an option for our users.
General Questions
Does CalendarPal have a backup feature? No, it does not. If you
want to do a manual backup once in a while to save your information, you
can open Windows Explorer (My Computer), go to C:/Program Files/CalendarPal/Settings
and save the contents of this folder. You could save that folder to CD,
floppy or other location. To recover your information in case of
format or loss, reinstall CalendarPal, then copy the saved folder contents into the newly
created one and let it copy over the files. This would ensure all your
settings (dates, notes, etc) are saved.

Why is the time in the lower right of CalPal different from my local
time? This is not your local time display; it is the time
that the weather was last updated at weather.com for your locale.

Reminder Questions
How do
I get my Reminders to show on CalendarPal? Right click
anyplace on the days on CalendarPal and choose "show Reminders"
I have a lot of Reminders and only want some to show on CalendarPal; can
I do this? If you have a reminder for a pill to take every
day or something that is very repetitive and you don't want it to show
but you do want other reminders to show, just UNCHECK "show reminders"
when you are creating the reminder. You will see this option in the
window where you add the reminder and the time. If you have
existing reminders that you want to set up this way, click reminders on
the left side menu, then double-click the reminders that you want to
change and uncheck box as explained above.
